The program aims to provide a volunteer experience for those who are too old to participate as campers but too young to return as Camp Monitors. Young Monitors support Camp Monitors, ensuring that activities run smoothly and that campers are supported in their camp experiences. This opportunity allows youth to enhance their resumes and gain work experience before entering the job market. Young Monitors are essential to the smooth running of the CJA and play a key role in creating unforgettable camp weeks.
