The Municipality of Clare is proud to launch the Veteran Memorial Banner Program — a heartfelt way to recognize and honour veterans from our community.

Each personalized banner pays tribute to a veteran’s service and will be displayed near the Clare Veterans Centre during the weeks leading up to Remembrance Day.

How it Works

In 2025, only 20 banners will be installed on light poles near the Clare Veterans Centre from mid-October to mid-November. If more than 20 applications are received, a random draw will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025. If your application is selected, you’ll be contacted directly to discuss payment and next steps; if your application is not selected, you’ll be given priority in 2026.
