Seasoned black belt practitioners Anna Bartlett and Trysten Deveau of the Bushino Ki Karate Club are hosting a three-night self-defense workshop in the École Joseph-Dugas gymnasium (425 Patrice Rd., Church Point).

Learn techniques for avoiding, escaping and fighting back in an attack.

The dates of the workshop are :

In order to practise self-defense movements safely and comfortably, participants are asked to wear comfortable clothes (sweatpants, shorts, T-shirts) and avoid jeans and dresses/skirts.

This workshop is held in English and in French.
