Explore the different groups, teams, community organizations, and recreation business partners that make up the unique and wonderful place we call home. Get information, join a team or group that interests you, and learn about ways to get your brain, body, and social life moving in Clare. Businesses and professionals that provide recreation services, community organizations, groups and teams can register to host a booth to showcase their services and activities to the residents of Clare.

Who can have a booth?

• Community Organizations
• Non-Profit Organizations
• Sports teams & Interest groups
• Businesses that support community recreation activities
• Professionals/Instructors/ Coaches/ Teachers
• Musicians or Performers (limited space available)

How much does a booth cost?

To encourage as many groups as possible to participate, there is no charge for a booth. However, those that can contribute either goods or services as a door prize are asked to do so (free classes, discounts on membership fees, promotional items, etc.). This will help us attract more residents to the event!

Booth Logistics:

• Booth Setup: Open from 4:00-8:00pm on Friday, March 22nd
• Booth Access: Saturday, March 23 at 9 am.
• Registration deadline is February 23^rd at 4:30pm

How do I Sign Up?

Fill out a Registration Form by February 23^rd at 4:30pm. You will receive a Follow-up email for booth details, and a Participant Information Packet that corresponds with your registration form; please take care to fill it out accurately.

Event Sponsors:

Who can sponsor and offer door prizes?

Booth spaces are reserved for community recreation partners; however, others can still participate by providing door prizes or other forms of sponsorship (i.e. free services during the event) to take advantage of the marketing opportunity. Those eligible for booth space can sponsor the event too.

What are Sponsorship Opportunities?

Attending the Clare Community Expo

Visitors will be greeted at the Rendez-Vous de la Baie by a warm, welcoming energy as groups and organizations wait to meet them. As they take a tour of Clare and visit booths filled with sports teams, volunteer groups, and community organizations, attendees will get a sense of all Clare has to offer in 2024 and beyond! Presenters are encouraged to use engaging, interactive presentation methods as they show you what they’re made of and how they get the community moving. Door prizes, interactive installations, and snacks await as the community gathers for an afternoon of introduction, re-introduction, and fun! There is no need to register to attend.
